StoriesRISE was inspired when I saw a friend utilizing Instagram stories to tell a very personal experience because she just needed a place to LET IT OUT. Little did she know she would receive 500+ messages of women going through a similar situation. They responded by offering support and just thanking her for sharing her STORY. We see examples of this every day. By creating this safe space for women to share and receive support, I'm hoping we can move from seeing these on social medias to forming a powerful community of women. Sharing stories helps people connect on a deeper level and begins the healing process. Whether the person you are sharing this experience relates or not, it's that ability to listen, share and heal that makes this connection so special! ​
